Hi guys!
So, I see you've been talking about american soap operas which never end .... if I got that right .... Well, I am obviously not American, so I don't know much about these shows. I think there is Young and the Restless on our TV, but I never bothered watching it.
But so-called telenovelas (south american soap operas) have been very popular here in Slovenia for quite some years now. They have simple stories, just like yours, but the difference is that they have about 200 episodes and then they finish. For ever. When I was a bit younger, I saw quite a few. I think I prefer brazillian once, especially the ones which are set in a historical environment. A few years ago even Croatia recorded one telenovela-style soap opera and that one also wasn't bad.
So, I am asking you if you watch anything like this and what do you watch?
It would be very interesting to hear!
Once again, I am not asking about american soap operas.
